HACCP Certification
In Australia, food manufacturers must demonstrate that food is at the correct temperature and maintained using appropriate systems to obtain HACCP certification. Certification requirements include refrigeration, cleaning, and food handling.
BOSSY’s can provide control and monitoring systems for HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) purposes, including systems that check temperature against set criteria and export the data to Excel reports. Our systems can also send regular reports to your team, and trigger an alarm to a nominated email address or mobile phone if equipment falls outside the set parameters.

What areas do you service?
We service Adelaide and businesses right across South Australia.
What types of commercial refrigeration do you work with?
We service everything from small self-contained commercial fridges through to ice machines, compressor rack systems, cold stores, and the medical freezers used by healthcare sites across Adelaide.
What types of commercial air conditioning do you work with?
We work across ducted, split, package, and evaporative systems, along with water chillers, heat pumps, and cooling towers.
How often should commercial refrigeration and air conditioning be serviced?
All refrigeration and air conditioning systems require regular maintenance. In most cases we recommend two visits per year to keep equipment working efficiently. For air conditioning, servicing before summer and again before winter suits most sites. We can automatically schedule your programmed maintenance so it is carried out when required.
Do you repair all brands?
Yes. We service and repair all major brands in-house, covering commercial refrigeration repairs and commercial air conditioning repair across Adelaide. Both can be folded into a programmed maintenance contract. See our refrigeration and air conditioning service and maintenance page for details.
Do you repair cool rooms and freezer rooms?
Yes. Cool room repair is one of our most common call-outs across Adelaide. We also service commercial freezers of every size, from single units up to large freezer rooms.
How fast can someone get to us if our fridge or air conditioning breaks down?
Our mobile team covers Adelaide and South Australia and is on call 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Response times vary with your location, the nature of the fault, and current call-out volume, and emergency breakdowns are prioritised.
Do you install commercial air conditioning, or only repair it?
Yes. We handle commercial air conditioning installation projects in Adelaide, from design through to commissioning, covering ducted and split systems as well as package units.
Can you help with HACCP compliance?
Yes. We supply control and monitoring systems that check temperature against set criteria, export data to Excel reports, and send an alarm if equipment falls outside the system parameters.
Do you offer electrical services as well?
Yes. Our commercial electrical services team handles refrigeration and air conditioning electrical work, as well as general commercial electrical work, so there is no need to call a separate electrician.
How much does a commercial refrigeration or air conditioning repair or installation cost?
Costs depend on the equipment, the scale of the work, and site access. A small repair sits at the opposite end of the scale to a full cool room or ducted system installation. Every quote is free and carries no obligation, so you know the cost before any work begins.
